Pack with Care
Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding and assembly hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
